Bay Area Concretes is Hiring a Project Superintendent Near Livermore, CA
10,000 /- SF restaurant TI project in Downtown Livermore. Project scope includes structural, rough and finish plumbing, rough and finish electrical, framing, life safety, utilities, ADA, fixtures and finishes.
On site supervision from start to finish under the direction of ownership and project management team.
- Coordinate and manage activities on trade, supplier, and delivery of material to project site.
- Solicit bids from specialty trades.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain workflow and strong relations with subs.
- Ensure OSHA and all other related safety code compliance and safety measures.
- Coordinate all inspections and ensure that all work complies with building code & project documents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders in developing and maintaining the project schedule.
- Self-perform, to extent possible, select scopes of work such as layout and framing.
Other duties as assigned
- Provide weekly picture reports and proof of progress.
- Ongoing progress reports and planning meetings with ownership.
- Previous experience as a sight supervisor, commercial construction foreman or as a field superintendent make you a good fit for this position.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years in construction and at least 5 years experience in the retail TI sector
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Strong pre-planning skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints, construction materials and methods
- Computer proficiency with emails, MS Office, and MS Project, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Must have firm knowledge of construction trades and current building codes
- Understand the construction process and safety procedures
- Team player
- Detail oriented

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
